5. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
6. 2 cups sugar
7. 3 large bananas, mashed (about 2 1/2 cups)
8. 3 eggs, beaten together until smooth
9. 3 tablespoons milk or buttermilk
